New Zealand Racing Board
Scheduling daily racing for customers in New Zealand and Australia, getting raceform into major daily newspapers around the country, selling bets, and more.
Racing and betting, both legal gambling options for New Zealanders, such that they are offered in the country, are organized by the New Zealand Racing Board. Kiwi rugby and American basketball are all open for betting through the NZ Racing Board, with part of the income going towards New Zealand racing or sport.
Below the NZ Racing Board is the Judicial Control Authority - the legal body that administers the rules of racing and conducts inquiries into breaches of the rules, for all three racing codes.
Also beneath it in bureaucratic order are the three racing codes:
- New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing (gallops)
- Harness Racing New Zealand (trotting and pacing)
- New Zealand Greyhound Racing (greyhounds)
